Welcome to Zavian Mart – your quick commerce partner for fast grocery, daily essentials, and home-need deliveries. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define how you may access and use our website, mobile site, services, and delivery system. By placing an order on ZavianMart.in, you accept these Terms in full.


1. About Zavian Mart

Zavian Mart is an online quick-commerce grocery and daily-needs service operated from New Delhi, India and serving customers in the Biswan region (6 km radius). We function similar to modern quick commerce players Our target is ultra-fast deliveries, reliable service, and transparent open-box verification.

  • Free delivery inside 3 km (above ₹399)
  • Secure checkout through online + COD option

2. Eligibility for Using Our Services

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You live within our serviceable delivery area (Biswan – 6 km radius).
  • You provide correct name, address, and contact information.
  • You do not misuse our platform or place fake orders.

3. Account Registration & Authentication

Users can create an account for faster checkout, saved addresses, and order history. Registration requires:

  • Full name
  • Valid mobile number
  • Active email ID
  • Accurate delivery address + location pin

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. Zavian Mart is not liable for unauthorised access if you share OTP/password with others.

4. Service Area & Delivery Radius

Zavian Mart currently delivers only in:

  • Biswan – 0 to 3 km: Free delivery above ₹399
  • Biswan – 3 to 6 km: Standard delivery fee ₹29

Our system auto-blocks orders outside 6 km using GPS & Pincode validation. Using fake locations violates these Terms and may lead to account suspension.

5. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order on our platform does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Zavian Mart may cancel or modify orders due to:

  • Unserviceable location
  • Payment failure
  • High demand / Out of stock
  • Technical issues
  • Repeated fake orders from same account/device

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message or SMS.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Availability

All prices listed on Zavian Mart are regularly updated. Prices may change due to offers, product availability, or market fluctuations. Coupons/discounts must be applied before checkout. Zavian Mart reserves the right to:

  • Modify prices without notice
  • Limit order quantities
  • Block misuse of promotional codes

7. Payment Terms

We support:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payment via Razorpay (UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, Cards)

If COD misuse (refusing delivery repeatedly) is detected, COD may be temporarily disabled on your account.

8. Delivery, Timing & Handling

Average delivery time: 90 minutes. During peak hours, weather issues, or festivals, delivery may get delayed. Handling charges:

  • ₹29 per order (below ₹399)
  • Free delivery inside 3 km above ₹399

If customer is unreachable (phone off/no answer), the delivery may be returned and additional delivery fee may apply.

9. Open Box Inspection

Zavian Mart proudly offers Open Box Delivery. You may check all items in front of the delivery partner. Missing/damaged/expired products must be reported immediately via:

10. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Grocery, fruits, vegetables & dairy are non-returnable unless spoiled or damaged. Other products are eligible for 7-day return/exchange.

Refund Timeline: 1–2 working days after pickup verification. Mode of refund:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer

11. Prohibited Uses

Users may NOT:

  • Use fake names, fake addresses or fake phone numbers
  • Manipulate location to place orders outside service radius
  • Spam support team
  • Abuse delivery partners
  • Resell items bought from Zavian Mart without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

Zavian Mart is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather, traffic, natural disasters
  • Technical issues (network failure, server downtime)
  • Unreachable customer
  • Vendor delays
