Ye “Terms & Conditions” ek legally binding agreement hai jo aap (customer) aur Zavian Mart ke beech establish hota hai. Zavian Mart ek MSME registered proprietor business hai jo groceries aur daily needs ke products deliver karta hai. Hamari website, mobile app, aur services use karke aap in terms ko accept karte hain.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Our”, aur “Us” ka matlab Zavian Mart hai. “Customer”, “You”, aur “Your” ka matlab koi bhi user hai jo hamari website ya services use karta hai. “Products” ka matlab grocery, daily needs, aur consumable items hai jo Zavian Mart provide karta hai.

2. Eligibility

Aapko hamari services use karne ke liye 18 saal ya usse upar ka hona zaroori hai. Agar aap 18 se kam hai, to aapko guardian/parent ke supervision me service use karni hogi. Zavian Mart kisi bhi galat information ke liye responsible nahi hoga jo registration ke dauran provide ki gayi ho.

3. Registration & Account

Hamari services use karne ke liye customer ko account banana ho sakta hai. Account creation ke dauraan:

  • Aapko apna naam, phone number, email aur address sahi dena hoga.
  • Aap apne account ki confidentiality aur password security ke liye zimmedar hain.
  • Aapke account se ki gayi sabhi activities ke liye aap responsible rahenge.
  • Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapke account ka misuse hua hai to turant support ko inform karein.

4. User Conduct

Hamari website aur services ka misuse strictly prohibited hai. Aap agree karte hain ki:

  • Aap hamari site ko illegal, harmful, ya fraudulent purpose ke liye use nahi karenge.
  • Aap koi automated tool, bot ya crawler use nahi karenge bina permission ke.
  • Aap koi bhi defamatory, abusive, obscene ya harmful content post nahi karenge.
  • Aap feedback aur reviews genuine aur truthful denge.

5. Product Information

Hum maximum effort karte hain ki products ki details accurate ho. Lekin kabhi-kabhi errors ho sakte hain:

  • Typographical mistakes
  • Wrong pricing
  • Outdated information

Zavian Mart aise cases me orders cancel ya modify karne ka right rakhta hai.

6. Pricing & Offers

Prices hamare discretion ke hisaab se badal sakte hain. Discounts aur coupons limited period ke liye hote hain. Offers stock availability par dependent hote hain. Checkout ke waqt jo final price show hota hai wahi binding hota hai.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Order place karna ek “offer” hai jo customer deta hai. Order tabhi confirm hota hai jab Zavian Mart usse accept kare. Acceptance ke baad hi legally binding contract banta hai.

Orders cancel kiye ja sakte hain agar:

  • Product out of stock ho
  • Delivery address service area ke bahar ho
  • Payment problem ho
  • Fraud suspicion ho

8. Payments

Currently supported modes:

  • Cash on Delivery – delivery receive karte waqt cash payment.
  • UPI / Wallets – jab payment gateway approval ho jata hai.

Zavian Mart secure payment gateway use karta hai. Hum customer ke sensitive card details store nahi karte.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery details:

  • Areas: Biswan, Khairtabad, Laharpur
  • Timing: Next day morning 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Minimum order: ₹99
  • Delivery charge: Free

Customer ko “Delivery Upon Box” service milti hai jisme wo delivery ke waqt saman check karke hi accept kar sakte hain.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellation window: delivery ke 1 ghante pehle tak
  • Refund timeline: 3–5 working days (UPI/Wallet)
  • Non-returnable: fruits, vegetables, dairy, opened packs

11. Customer Responsibilities

  • Delivery ke waqt available rehna
  • Phone accessible rakhna
  • Address aur details correct provide karna
  • Delivery ke waqt saman verify karna

12. Communication Policy

Zavian Mart customers ko updates bhejta hai via WhatsApp, SMS, aur Email. Aap promotional messages ko opt-out kar sakte ho. Lekin transactional messages (order confirmation, delivery updates) compulsory hote hain.

13. Reviews & Feedback

Aap apna genuine feedback share kar sakte ho. Lekin:

  • Defamatory ya false reviews allow nahi hain.
  • Spam aur duplicate reviews remove kar diye jayenge.
  • Company reviews ko moderate karne ka right rakhti hai.

14. Third-Party Services

Delivery partners, payment gateways, aur SMS/Email providers third-party services dete hain. Zavian Mart inki services ki delay ya error ke liye directly responsible nahi hoga.

15. Intellectual Property

Website ka content, text, logos, images aur software Zavian Mart ya uske licensors ka intellectual property hai. Unauthorized use strictly prohibited hai.

16. Data Security

Hum industry-standard security measures use karte hain data protect karne ke liye. Lekin internet par 100% security guarantee possible nahi hai.

17. Limitation of Liability

Zavian Mart indirect, incidental, special, punitive, ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi hai. Maximum liability order value tak hi limited hogi.

18. Indemnity

Customer agree karta hai ki agar unke actions ki wajah se Zavian Mart ko legal claim, loss, damage ya cost hota hai, to wo Zavian Mart ko indemnify karega.

19. Force Majeure

Natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, traffic bans, ya government regulations ki wajah se delay hone par Zavian Mart responsible nahi hoga.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Ye terms India ke laws ke under governed hain. Disputes ka jurisdiction Delhi courts hoga.

21. Severability

Agar koi clause invalid declare hota hai to baaki terms valid rahenge.

22. Waiver

Agar Zavian Mart kisi right ka turant use nahi karta, iska matlab wo right waive nahi hota. Wo future me bhi enforce kiya ja sakta hai.

23. Entire Agreement

Ye Terms & Conditions aur Privacy Policy milke customer aur Zavian Mart ke beech complete agreement banate hain.

24. Changes to Terms

Zavian Mart in terms ko kabhi bhi update kar sakta hai. Latest version website par publish hone ke baad effective ho jayega.
